Live Honeybee removal is Bee Capture’s specialty! In fact, we only work with Honeybees and only use techniques for removing them alive. We take swarms, hives, established colonies or infestations and relocate the bees to a happy home in our network of over 900 local beekeepers. In fact, all of our Bee Removers are beekeepers. Urban beekeeping is an important part of what we do.
We service most of the metropolitan LA area.
Do you want to keep your bees, for your garden or avocado tree? We can set them up in a hive box in your yard, and our Los Angeles beekeepers will maintain the colony for an annual fee.
How we work
Every bee problem is different. You might have bees in your roof, eaves, barbeque, fence, in a tree in your backyard, or a swarm hanging over your front door. We come out to your property, assess the situation, and give you an estimate. Sometimes we can remove the bees at once.
We remove the bees alive, and we take out all of their comb too, without using any chemicals or poisons. We take them and their “furniture” to their new home in vented cardboard boxes that are specially made for bee transport!
